Process:

To get National Grid Upstate NY data, here are the four main steps:

1. Add the Organization/Account: Add the data to your Edge system and ensure required account fields are filled out.
2. Create Authorization: Create the Authorization and send the authorization to the customer. InstaPull sends out an email to the customer or authorized representative
3. Customer Authorizes: A customer or authorized representative clicks Authorize on the National Grid NY site through a link InstaPull sends out.
4. Pull data: On the account level, a user will be able to historical usage and add a subscription

• In order to create the authorization in the InstaPull application on Edge, the data needs to be available in the system. If you already have the organization and account in the system, please ensure the required fields on the account are filled out.
